My experience

After a baccalaureate (STMG in French) and having a particular attraction for travel and the discovery of new cultures, I decided to head toward the field that I like the most: languages. Thus, after obtaining a LEA bachelor’s degree (applied Foreign Languages) with English-Spanish option at the Jean Monnet University of Saint-Étienne, I decided to use my expertise in language in the field of translation, because, to me, it is with words that a culture expresses all its greatness. That’s why in 2020 I realized a master’s degree (Writing and Translation), which allowed me to train intensely in the practice of translation through various internships, in addition to perfecting my mastery of Spanish and English. 

After obtaining this degree, I decided to create my own enterprise because working autonomously and independently are aspects that have always interested me, because they are related to my personality. Also, to develop my know-how, I work with different translation agencies, such as Alphatrad or GTE localise for example, and I am a member of the SFT since 2022.

 

Today, I offer you my translation, post-editing, and proofreading services, as well as my expertise, acquired over the last few years, in the following areas:

My preferences and conditions

– Deontologically, I translate exclusively into French for quality reasons, even if I speak fluently English and Spanish.

 

– Regarding my rates, you should know that I translate from the source word (that is to say from Spanish or English word). Also, I apply an increase for translations made in urgency, those with a lack of clarity of the source document, or for the layout. – Translation deadlines depend on several factors, such as the number of words to be translated, or the workload. That being so, I am committed to respecting them, and since communication is very important for building trust, rest assured that you will be notified if there are any problems.
